Terms of Service
Last updated · May 2026These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the aivisiontech platform, including ai4sports, ai4body, ai4animal, ai2neo, and the ai4sportsGO mobile application (collectively, the "Services").
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, requesting access, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of imaging inputs, the configuration of your workspace, and the actions of users you invite to your organization.
Decision support, not diagnosis
Analysis, scores, and recommendations produced by the Services are intended as decision support for qualified professionals. They do not constitute medical, veterinary, or clinical diagnosis and must not be used as the sole basis for care decisions.
Accounts & access
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Access may be granted on a subscription, trial, or research basis, and we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
The platform, models, and associated materials remain the property of aivisiontech. You retain ownership of the imaging data and content you upload, and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aivisiontech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any decisions made in reliance on the outputs.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy
Last updated · May 2026This Privacy Policy explains what personal and imaging data aivisiontech collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. We process data in line with the KVKK and applicable data-protection regulations.
Data we collect
We collect account details (name, organization, contact information), thermal and visual imaging you upload, and usage data such as session activity, device information, and analysis history.
How we use data
Data is used to deliver analysis and reporting, improve model quality, provide support, and maintain security. Imaging data used for model improvement is de-identified wherever technically feasible.
Legal basis for processing
We process data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services.
Sharing & processors
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted processors (e.g. hosting and infrastructure providers) under data-processing agreements, or where required by law.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention schedule and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Requests can be sent to our data protection contact below.
International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect it.
Cookie Policy
Last updated · May 2026This Cookie Policy describes how aivisiontech uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and web applications, and how you can control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites function, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used.
Essential cookies
These are required for core functionality such as authentication, session management, and security. The Services cannot operate correctly without them.
Preference cookies
These remember choices such as language and interface theme so your experience stays consistent between visits.
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the product. These can be disabled without affecting essential functionality.
Managing cookies
You can manage or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may impact parts of the experience.
Security
Last updated · May 2026Security is foundational to a platform handling sensitive imaging. This overview summarizes the practices we use to protect data across the aivisiontech platform.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access to keys is tightly restricted and audited.
Access control
We apply role-based access control and the principle of least privilege. Organization admins manage who can view reports and imaging within their workspace.
Infrastructure
The platform runs on hardened, regularly patched infrastructure with network isolation, monitoring, and automated backups.
Data minimization
We collect only what is needed to deliver the Services and de-identify imaging used for research and model improvement wherever feasible.
Incident response
We maintain an incident-response process and will notify affected customers of qualifying security incidents in line with our legal obligations.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact [email protected] so we can investigate and respond promptly.
